‘100 for 100’ Membership Campaign
District 16 will individually acknowledge its first 100 new members in 2018-2020.
Members of the ‘100 Club’ will receive a numbered certificate in order of their Zonta International registration date. They will also receive a Zonta Centennial badge.
‘100 Club’ members will be acknowledged in District 16 newsletters and at Area Meetings throughout the biennium.
Registering New Members
New members need to be registered with Zonta International. This can be done using the Online Dues Payment system (refer Online Dues Payment Systems Instructions pdf). This system is available to club presidents and club treasurers Zonta International District 16 when they are logged into their Profile on the Zonta International website.
Once a new member has been registered with Zonta International, please forward the new member information to District 16. The easiest way to do this is to fill in a Member Repot Form (refer Member Report Additional Page.pdf in the resources available at the bottom of this page) with the member’s information and email this to the generic District 16 membership email: firstname.lastname@example.org. This email automatically copies to: the Lieutenant Governor; the District Treasurer (who will invoice the club for the relevant district dues); the District Secretary (who will send a new member pack); and the District Webmaster.
It is important that new members are registered with Zonta International and District as soon as they plan to join your club and have paid their fees. That way your new member immediately gets to enjoy all the benefits of Zonta International membership, including website access and information emails and newsletters from ZI.
